Floridens Flowers is hands down the best florist I’ve ever ordered from! I’ve always received beautiful bouquets from them, but my most recent experience truly went above and beyond.
I wanted a specific bouquet delivered on a particular day, but the website wouldn’t let me place the order. Even though it was late—around 8 or 9 p.m.—I reached out through chat and got a response in less than 10 minutes. They explained that they were out of that specific flower color but immediately offered to make the same bouquet in another shade if I wanted. When I said I’d love pink, they actually updated the website just for me so I could place the order.
The bouquet they delivered was absolutely stunning, and their customer service was phenomenal. The fact that they went out of their way for a single order, even when it wasn’t one of their higher-priced arrangements, speaks volumes about their dedication. Their deliveries are always on time, they send photos, and their attention to detail is unmatched. This experience made me a customer for life—I’ll definitely be ordering even more often from them.
