WHICH RETURN POLICY DO YOU FOLLOW?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. An arrangement might, however, occasionally fall short of what you had hoped for. We cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral arrangements. Within 24 hours after order delivery, if you are dissatisfied with your arrangement or bouquet, get in touch with us to talk about a potential replacement. There are several options available, including a complete replacement of your arrangement, a credit toward a future purchase, or a full or partial refund.
