WHICH RETURN POLICY DO YOU FOLLOW?

We strive to make each order special and seamless. Once a floral arrangement has been prepared and delivered to the specified address, we cannot provide refunds, including instances where an incorrect address was given. However, if your arrangement is still in the preparation stage usually 24 hours before the scheduled delivery - a refund may be possible. Please take a moment to review your order details before confirming. If an accidental duplicate payment is made, our team will ensure it’s promptly corrected.
